One of our clients is looking for an experienced Data Engineer - USA (Remote) for a fulltime/contract opportunity.Note: Due to the client's requirements, we are only considering US Citizens only at this point in time.Required Skills & Qualifications8+ years of experience in Data Engineering5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks; expert-level expertise preferredStrong expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud-based data engineering solutionsStrong proficiency in PySpark, Apache Spark, Spark SQL, and PythonExtensive experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and ETL/ELT pipelinesStrong experience with Delta Lake and Medallion ArchitectureHands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2)Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuningExperience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance data pipelinesExperience with Databricks Jobs, Workflows, clusters, notebooks, and performance optimizationStrong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data architectureExperience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practicesStrong understanding of Azure security, governance, and access controlsDatabricks Certification is a strong plus; certified candidates will be given first preferenceInterested candidates, please send your updated resume to: harsh@phtstaffing.com
