Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.An opportunity is available for a Pharmacy In Charge (PIC) specializing in HIV/AIDS medications, to lead and innovate pharmacy operations within a patient-centered clinical setting. This role requires a strong foundation in retail and specialty pharmacy management with a focus on delivering exceptional care to vulnerable populations.Location:San Francisco, CA (Note: candidates should be open to direct hire placement)Schedule:Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a collaborative approach to staffing and organizational structure.Develop, implement, and enhance clinical services that improve patient outcomes, particularly for those living with HIV/AIDS.Foster a culture aligned with core values and mission, promoting innovation and best practices across locations.Participate in internal and external meetings, training, and conferences to advance knowledge and pharmacy services.Lead, mentor, and communicate effectively within a diverse team to maintain high standards of service and care.Qualifications and Desired Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of recent retail or specialty pharmacy management or Pharmacist In Charge experience (10+ years preferred).Solid understanding of HIV/AIDS medications; willingness to be further trained to enhance expertise.Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to work across different cultures and lifestyles.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining detailed focus on quality and compliance.Active California pharmacy license required.Compensation:Annual salary range: $165,000 to $180,000 plus quarterly performance-based bonuses.Emphasis on meaningful work with vulnerable patient populations and a rewarding career with lasting impact.This role offers a direct hire placement with a company known for making a positive difference in the community.
