Senior Electromechanical Technician3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience and a deep understanding of CNC systems is a requirement for this position. The company's financial stability and consistent investment in sophisticated machinery have fostered exceptional employee retention, including several 20+ year veterans.The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include the following:Perform high-level PM and complex diagnostics on 3 and 4-axis CNC mills and lathes, specifically targeting mechanical, electrical, PLC, and sensor-driven systems to sustain peak efficiencyMaintain and repair critical industrial subsystems, including high-pressure hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision ballscrews, while proactively managing the repair part inventory to minimize downtimeOversee total facility and utility upkeep, including compressors, HVAC systems, and water lines, while leading specialized projects such as overhead crane or electrical cabinet installationsExecute precision troubleshooting using advanced diagnostic tools and technical schematics to implement lasting engineering solutions and maintain meticulous maintenance record keepingChampion a safe and organized work culture, strictly adhering to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA standards while managing tool storage and 5S-compliant work zonesThe background of the successful candidate must include the following:3+ years of experience in CNC machinery maintenance within a high-precision manufacturing environmentProven technical mastery of electrical/electronic troubleshooting and advanced mechanical systemsProficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, technical manuals, and machine schematicsExpert-level skill with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) and a wide variety of industrial hand and power toolsA proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle both specialized machine repairs and general building maintenancePossess a solid work history with a track record of stability and professional growthBeing a US citizen or Green Card holder with a residence within a 45-minute drive of Franklin, WI
