Job DescriptionResponsible for dressing of ceramic cores, visual inspection of ceramic cores, and other various tasks related to preparation for wax pattern injection.ResponsibilitiesVisually inspects ceramic cores to ensure customer requirements are met.Dress cores using wax, hot plates and craft knives.Trim flash, fix air bubbles, apply coating(s), apply sealant, assemble parts, keep work area clean.Accurately report daily production quantities and labor hoursPhysical And Mental DemandsJob is performed at a work area where you have the option to sit or stand. Work requires attention to detail, steady hands, good visual acuity.Constant use of both upper extremities to inspect, dress, repair, label and seal core or wax patterns.
