Team Member - Laser Tag / Family Entertainment Center

Title: Team Member Reports to: Store Manager Key Relationships: Director of Operations, General Manager, Shift Supervisors, Team Members and Customers Core Competencies: Integrity Judgment/Problem Solving Communication Customer Service Teamwork Overview: We are looking for a high energy and reliable person that is ready to make having fun their job. The right candidate will be responsible for guiding guest through an amazing customer experience from beginning to end. Our team members are able to excel in a fast paced team environment, have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people. (Applicant must be at least 16 years old.) This is a great Part-time job for high school students or those looking for weekend work. Additional responsibilities include; Ability to stand, walk and be on the go for long periods of time. Comfortable speaking in front of medium sized crowds. Perform the role of party host ensuring that guest expectations are exceeded. Available to work nights and weekends a must. Cleaning the facility during shift and at close Ensure a safe and clean environment.
