Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and leadership-minded Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW or LICSW-R) to facilitate groups, support clinical programming, and join our clinical leadership growth track with the opportunity to advance into a Clinical Manager or Director of Clinical Operations role as the organization expands.Candidates with substance abuse treatment experience and/or a CSAC credential are strongly preferred.Group Facilitator → Clinical Leadership TrackHighbeam Behavioral Health Services is a growing behavioral health organization currently providing ASAM 2.5 PHP and Mental Health PHP services, with plans to expand into ASAM 2.1 IOP services.Position Responsibilities:Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic group sessionsSupport clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disordersComplete clinical documentation and treatment planning in a timely mannerCollaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teamsParticipate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical discussionsAssist with strengthening clinical programming and operationsProvide leadership support as the organization expandsSupport compliance with state regulations and accreditation standardsQualifications:Active Virginia LICSW or LICSW-R license requiredSubstance abuse treatment experience strongly preferredCSAC credential preferredExperience working in PHP, IOP, outpatient, or co-occurring treatment settings preferredStrong group facilitation and interpersonal skillsLeadership mindset with interest in clinical operations and program developmentExperience with EMR systems and clinical documentation preferred
