We're hiring a seasoned project manager to supervise our roofing and siding subcontractors. You'll be in charge of quality control and routinely inspect the work being done, guiding as needed with your industry know-how.Applicants should also be able to do roofing and siding repairs. Applicants should be attentive to details and highly knowledgeable about construction processes and safety regulations. If you have at least 5 years of experience in the exterior remodeling field and you're ready to build something with an incredible team, apply today!Responsibilities:Measure progress through reviewing performance goals and deadlines to make sure the project runs on schedule with the project manager's deadlines and subcontractor workIntegrate client feedback during the building process and help the construction crew execute change ordersDocument the construction process in the daily logbook to update the project manager and homeowners on the progressAble to do smaller roofing and siding repairs. Track down leaks and pay attention to detail.Supervise in-house and sub-contractors. Inspect the work being done to make sure it is being done to the highest quality possible.Qualifications:Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft OfficeMinimum 1 year work experience as a general contractor needed, with 3+ years preferredKnowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principlesPhysical stamina to lift at least 40 lbs and use heavy equipmentExcellent leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skillsAbout Company:Sundance Kitchen, Baths & Exteriors is a growing family-owned and operated remodeling company that has been in business for 20 years (est. 2004).
