Apply now if you have a passion for fast-paced food preparation!Job Duties:Fryer Management:Conduct fryer safety procedures, including cold starting and filter maintenance.Set fryer temperatures (330°ree;F for chicken and fish, 350°ree;F for side fryers).Marination Process:Prepare marination by mixing marination mix, salt, water, and ice in designated tubs.Schedule draining and completion times for marination.Fryer Designation for Food Safety:Manage specific fryer duties, including load quantities, cook times, and stirring intervals.Filter Maintenance:Sift flour before and after every load of chicken and after every two tenders.Change filters every two loads for fryer and grease maintenance.Grease and Side Fryer Management:Change side fryers after lunch and dinner rushes.Product Marination:Marinate tenders, chicken, livers/gizzards, and fish following specific procedures.Batter Process:Prepare batter by adding batter mix and cold water to the batter pan.Monitor and change batter as needed.
