You will act as the primary owner of Workday , ensuring the system runs reliably while continuously improving how it scales with the business.We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable solving operational issues, configuring Workday, and building technical solutions that reduce manual work and improve system performance.ResponsibilitiesOwn day‐to‐day Workday HCM operations, including business processes, reporting, and issue resolution across the employee lifecycleDesign, build, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external systems (e.g. Finance, Payroll, IT tools)Configure and optimise Workday modules to support evolving business needs while maintaining system integrityIdentify inefficiencies and drive automation and system improvements to reduce manual processesPartner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent, IT, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutionsSupport Workday bi‐annual releases, including testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and functionalityQualifications3+ years of hands‐on Workday experience across configuration and integrationsExperience across multiple Workday modules; Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and LearningStrong experience with Workday integrations (e.g. APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio or similar tools)Comfortable owning both system operations and technical improvements end‐to‐endStrong problem‐solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system or data issues independentlyAbility to work cross‐functionally and translate business needs into effective system solutionsWhat You'll Be Working With / OnYou'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Employee Experience, IT, Finance, Compliance, and People Operations to roll out Workday enhancements and drive process improvements. This includes configuring and optimizing core elements of system architecture such as compensation plans, benchmarking, competencies, and performance programs.
