Our P&C team is distinguished by its proactive and strategic approach. Unlike in many organizations where P&C functions are limited to administrative oversight, our P&C professionals are empowered with the authority and responsibility to drive critical processes directly. This includes talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational planning. By leveraging in-house expertise, our P&C team can align long-term organizational sustainability with innovative P&C practices and cost-effective strategies. This alignment ensures that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped to contribute to the company's success. Each member of our P&C team plays a pivotal role in making high-impact decisions, resulting in a more dynamic and productive work environment.Position OverviewThis role can be based in any of the following locations: Denver, CO; Ashburn, Virginia; Port Washington, WI; or Shackelford County, TX in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Partner to support the design, delivery, and execution of learning initiatives that enhance employee development and organizational growth. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement training programs, manage learning resources, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.Essential Job FunctionsCreate engaging learning materials, presentations, and e-learning modules using a variety of design tools and formats, tailored to different learning styles and needs.Coordinate and oversee learning programs, ensuring smooth delivery and effective participant engagement.Develop curriculum and design role-based programs to support specific job functions and career development.Facilitate learning activities (ILT, VLT, OLT), ensuring clarity, interactivity, and engagement.Ensure all programs align with organizational culture, values, leadership expectations, and strategic priorities.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep programs current and competitive.Partner with People & Culture teams, department leaders, and managers to identify skill gaps and devise strategies to elevate employee capabilities.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure successful completion of training initiatives.Support employee development through onboarding, leadership development, and skill‐building programs for all levels.Develop metrics and monitor impact of L&D activities to ensure effectiveness and ROI.Collect feedback and analyze data to drive continuous improvement and scalability.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D strategies at scale.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning design platforms.Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.Travel required is expected to be up to 10% but may increase over time as the business evolves.Physical Demands and Special RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
