This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building high-performing teams, and has a strong technical foundation in electrical systems.What You'll Be DoingBuild, guide, and support project teams to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations, stays within scope, and is completed on schedule and within budget.Drive financial performance by ensuring consistent, disciplined project execution.Set project strategy around technical deliverables, scheduling, procurement, staffing, and resource planning.Continuously refine operational processes to strengthen team efficiency and customer satisfaction.Lead, mentor, and develop both direct reports and broader project groups.Review contractual requirements and ensure each project's approach aligns with agreed scope and design needs.Monitor project schedules and adjust priorities as required based on client needs, resource shifts, or field conditions.Maintain strong client relationships by engaging consistently before, during, and after project delivery.Coordinate with third-party contractors to ensure alignment and successful execution.Oversee internal project reviews with a focus on forecasting, cost control, and risk management.Ensure engineering work, studies, and deliverables meet the highest standards.Communicate risks, challenges, and key wins proactively and clearly.Manage billing in line with contract terms and negotiate change orders as needed.What We're Looking For5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction within commercial, industrial, or mission-critical environments.Strong understanding of electrical power systems and their application in large facilities.Hands-on field experience collaborating with construction teams.Deep knowledge of scheduling, estimating, take-offs, change order management, and contract administration.Proven ability to build client relationships and contribute to winning new work.A track record of managing a profitable project portfolio.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). xhyhwjd Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
