Senior ControllerMASSILLON, OH$95,000 - $105,000We are a leading manufacturer serving foundries, steel mills, and forges worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Controller to lead financial operations, drive strategic insights, and support business performance across our North American operations.This role is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial controlling activities while partnering closely with executive leadership and global teams. The Senior Controller reports directly to the Vice President (USMCA) and the Group CFO, with a functional reporting line to Corporate Planning & Controlling.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all financial controlling activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate standardsOversee accounting and IT functions, driving cross-functional coordination and efficiencyDevelop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections (including revenue, order intake, and cost analysis)Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packagesAnalyze financial performance vs. operating plans; provide insights and recommendations to leadershipEstablish and maintain accounting policies, systems, and proceduresLead ERP (Navision) upgrades and enhancementsDrive implementation and optimization of Power BI reporting tools and dashboardsManage insurance programs (local and group level), including audits and cost analysisOversee credit and collections, including approval of high-value termsCoordinate and support internal and external auditsLead, develop, and evaluate accounting and IT team membersEnsure smooth execution of payroll, contracts, compensation, and training processesServe as a key point of contact for external partners (e.g., auditors, legal counsel, unions, recruiting partners)Provide leadership to the U.S.-based IT function in coordination with global IT teamsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field requiredMinimum of 5+ years of experience in controlling or financial leadership rolesExperience in a manufacturing environment preferredTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of ERP systems (Navision experience a plus)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel requiredExperience with Microsoft Power BI strongly preferredCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex dataAbility to communicate financial insights clearly across all levels of the organizationExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
