This role sits at the intersection of UX design, front-end development, prototyping, and AI-enabled workflows, helping internal teams rapidly validate concepts and improve enterprise employee experiences.This is a highly collaborative, prototype-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into interactive experiences, partnering closely with product designers and engineers, and experimenting with AI-driven design workflows.What You'll Be DoingBuild high-fidelity coded prototypes to validate workflows, UX concepts, and interaction patternsPartner with UX and product design teams to translate Figma designs into interactive front-end experiencesWork within React and Angular environments to prototype modern enterprise applicationsSupport and scale design systems through design tokens, component usage guidance, and Storybook collaborationLeverage AI tools such as Claude to accelerate prototyping, documentation, and workflow creation while applying strong human review and UX judgmentCreate Markdown documentation, instructional content, and reusable AI workflow "skill files"Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, product, and research teams to drive alignment and accelerate decision-makingQualifications3+ years of experience in UX Engineering, Creative Technology, Design Technology, Front-End UX Development, or a similar hybrid roleStrong front-end development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, React, and/or AngularExperience building coded prototypes and interactive UI experiencesStrong proficiency with Figma and translating UX concepts into working prototypesExperience working with design systems and StorybookExperience with design tokenization, semantic naming conventions, themes, and scalable UI systemsHands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude within design or development workflowsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teamsNice to HaveExperience prototyping enterprise or data-heavy applicationsFamiliarity with usability testing and concept validation workflowsExperience contributing to design system governance or documentation standardsComfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly iterating on conceptsPortfolio RequirementsCandidates should provide:2–3 coded prototype examples (GitHub repo, sandbox, or walkthrough video acceptable)At least one example of design system or tokenization workSample Markdown documentation or workflow documentationExamples of AI workflow documentation or reusable prompt/process frameworks preferred
