For more than 20 years, we have helped improve the customer, agent, and management experience through Workforce Management, Quality Management, and Compliance solutions, earning a consistent 90+ NPS from our customers.What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll work on complex technical challenges in customer environments, supporting implementations, troubleshooting advanced issues, and partnering with development teams to improve product performance and customer outcomes.Responsibilities include:Advanced troubleshooting across Linux systems, VoIP, networking, and applications Supporting customer implementations and integrations in complex environments Collaborating with development teams to resolve escalated issues Building technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge resources Contributing to process improvements that increase quality and efficiency Required SkillsWe’re looking for someone with strong technical depth and a customer-focused mindset, including experience with:Linux administration Cisco/VoIP technologies and TCP/IP networking Bash scripting and SQL Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud concepts Advanced problem-solving in complex support environments You should also bring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage priorities independently in a collaborative remote environment.
