Lead Remodeler - Carpenter

Job Summary:
As a Lead Carpenter, you will spearhead daily projects, partnering with one to two helpers to ensure efficient and top-notch execution. You’ll be the main producer, leading the charge on all aspects of construction while maintaining organization and quality control. This hands-on role requires versatility across multiple trades and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and perform framing, drywall installation, metal bending, roofing, and outdoor construction tasks.
Oversee a small crew of one to two helpers, guiding them through projects and ensuring team productivity.
Act as the primary producer on-site, driving project progress from start to finish.
Double-check all work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
Maintain the interior organization and cleanliness of trailers and equipment.
Communicate material needs for the following day to ensure seamless project flow and preparation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carpenter with expertise in framing, drywall, metal bending, roofing, and outdoor work.
Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding small teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control and organization.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating materials and team efforts.
Reliable, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and ability to handle physical demands of the job.
Tools and equipment knowledge; own basic tools preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and construction prints accurately.
