Speech Language Pathologist

Contract SLP - Oakwood, GA (20 hours/week) Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Contract SLP - Oakwood, GA (20 hours/week)Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans- Provide speech therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders- Collaborate with OT and PT professionals for comprehensive patient care- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Provide case management for assigned patientsRequirements:- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing- Strong patient assessment and care skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
