We're seeking an experienced Troweler to join our growing 4-person installation team in Corona, CA. What You'll Do 98% Troweling Work: Focus on your craft with dedicated time for quality installation Material handling and site staging Maintaining organized, safe work areas Collaborating with experienced foremen and installation team members Occasional travel (25%) to diverse project sites What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of troweling experience (non-negotiable) Rubber surfacing experience (required) Availability for overtime and 25% travel 1 year of forklift experience is a plus! Work Environment & Physical Demands: This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55+ lbs. PPE provided. Ready to Join Our Team?
