POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Evening Program Manager at Branch15 you'll be at the forefront of our mission to foster a Christ-centered community for women and their children on their paths to wholeness and sustainable living. Your role involves building deep connections with both women and their children, guiding them through program requirements, and providing unwavering support for their personal growth. Your dedication ensures a safe and nurturing environment for both mothers and children. You'll assist families in creating and refining their individual care plans and monitor their success, while embodying our values of fresh starts, pure hope, and amazing grace. Through your commitment, you'll play a vital part in empowering women and their children to embrace positive change and transformation.
YOUR MISSION
The mission of the Evening Program Manager role at Branch15 is to create a nurturing environment where women and their children can flourish on their journey towards wholeness and sustainable living within a community centered around Christ's teachings. This involves fostering genuine connections, providing empathetic guidance, ensuring safety, and empowering individuals and families to realize their potential through the creation and monitoring of individual care plans. The goal is to facilitate profound transformations that enable women and their children to embrace positive change and thrive in every aspect of their lives.
Responsibilities:
Develop deep relationships with clients, engaging during meetings and while managing program requirements.
Provide positive support, guiding clients towards their greatest successes and Christ-centered living.
Administer UA (Urine Analysis) drug tests to clients in accordance with Branch15 policies and procedures.
Implement Branch15 policies and procedures to integrate incoming clients into our culture effectively.
Provide timely and comprehensive reports regarding client progress, feedback, and any relevant updates for external sources.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
Maintain the physical property with curb appeal and excellence.
Attend prospective client interviews and program nights.
Occasionally lead program classes.
Safely transport clients to designated locations as needed.
Ensure all clients are safely home by curfew time.
Coordinate and oversee evening activities and programs.
Assist the client in creating an individual care plan, by providing guidance, resources, and support as needed. This may involve coordinating with various agencies or partners. Continuously monitor progress towards the client's goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Personal relationship with Jesus Christ, striving for excellence and life balance across all areas.
Trauma-informed approach to client support.
Demonstrates a teachable spirit and flexibility in schedule changes.
Experience in recovery and familiarity with 12-step programs.
Comfortable navigating difficult conversations with grace, love, and strong boundaries.
Proficient computer skills for organizational tasks, with the ability to work independently.
