Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial best practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
