What You'll Do & How You'll Grow: -Manage ABA cases and ensure high-quality program implementation. -Support Behavior Interventionists through supervision, training, and constructive feedback. -Provide parent consultation and caregiver guidance. -Write reports and maintain accurate documentation. -Analyze data and make program recommendations to promote client success. -Collaborate with families and other service providers. -Contribute to a positive, professional, growth-oriented team culture. What You'll Need: -Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience (required). -Previous experience as a Behavior Therapist, BI, RBT, Tutor, or Paraprofessional. -Availability for at least 3 weekday afternoons (Monday–Friday) and/or weekends. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Ability to pass a criminal background check. -Ability to lift, bend, run, and engage physically with young children. -Strong communication skills, professionalism, and dependability.
