Committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, our team partners closely with clients from design to production to ensure seamless, high-quality results.We are looking to add a CNC Programmer to our team in Middleton!Why join us?What We Offer:Competitive base pay and overall compensation packageFull benefits: Medical, Dental, VisionGenerous PTO, vacation, sick, and holidaysLife Insurance coverage401KJob DetailsResponsibilities:Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam, Fanuc, and Mazak software.Create and revise geometrical dimensions and tolerances according to blueprints and engineering plans.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machine processes.Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate CNC programming solutions.Implement and monitor safety standards and procedures in line with company regulations.Perform regular maintenance checks on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.Analyze and select appropriate tooling and fixturing for each CNC program.Continuously improve and update CNC programs to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.Provide technical support and training to machine operators and other staff as needed.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Mastercam.Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls is a plusKnowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.Strong understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Interested in hearing more?
