We bring the highest level of trafficcontrol experience available to state, city and private projects, ensuring the success and on-time completion of projects we are a part of.The Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations, responsible for ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule. Potential relocation bonus may apply.Responsible for leading and overseeing all training of employees within the fieldLeading and managing the on-site teamCapable of supervising the installation of worksites, identifying any non-compliant aspects of a worksite and oversee other employees while in the fieldCoordinate project schedules and dispatch field crews, monitor employee hours scheduled per work and address minor employee complaintsWork independently, exhibit good judgement in the field and always adhere to company policyAble to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasksAgree to be "on-call" 24 hrs per day 7 days a week unless relieved by an Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Vice President or PresidentLoad and unload dispatch trucksOperate motorized hand tools and equipment requiredEnforce company policiesReview complex traffic control plans and determine/execute compliant installations
