Operations Assistant

Kemo Sabe is a one-of-a-kind retail store that provides our customers with incredible products and experiences.The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting and assisting the store Operations manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to: shipping, packing, product rotation/restocking, stockroom organization, and computer inventory work. Compensation for this position is $27/hr, plus benefits.Responsibilities will be delegated by store and operations manager as needed, but may include any of the following:Transfer in product using inventory tablet systemPack transfer orders in an efficient manner that safeguards product from damage or breakageCreate shipping labels through ShipStation softwareTag and put away received productAssist in periodic inventory counts, which may include travel to other Kemo Sabe storesAssist with web orders and returns when requiredPerform other operations functions, such as restocking, rotating product within the store, and cleanupSend product to vendors for repairsBuilding maintenance (call appropriate vendors for building issues, repairs, etc.)Inventory ManagementOrder/request suppliesBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision insurance within 90 days for full-time employees (50% paid by employer)Optional short- and long-term disability, life, accident, and legal insurance plans401(k) match program enrollment after one yearPaid Time OffProduct DiscountsMerchandise credit for first hat and bootsSki pass (or equivalent dollar value for fitness membership or parking)
