Your leadership will directly influence patient outcomes and team success.\nWhat You'll Do\n\nLead the Team: Create shift assignments, monitor unit functions, and support staff to ensure quality care.\nCoordinate Care: Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges; collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers.\n\nDepartments Include: ER, ICU, Behavioral Health, Med Surg, Labor & Delivery, as well as Transitional Care\n\n\nDrive Excellence: Evaluate care quality, mentor staff, and foster professional development.\nRespond with Confidence: Recognize and act on critical changes in patient condition, initiate emergency care, and coordinate rapid response.\nProvide Patient Care: Deliver hands-on nursing care as needed, including assessments, medication administration, and interventions.
