Structural Heart Disease Fellowship for 2026–2027

Lenox Hill Hospital offers a one-year, non-ACGME Advanced Interventional Cardiology Fellowship in Structural Heart Disease for candidates who will complete an Interventional Cardiology training program by June 2026. This high-volume, multidisciplinary program provides comprehensive, hands-on training in transcatheter therapies, including but not limited to: TAVR, M-TEER/T-TEER, TMVR, TTVR, paravalvular leak closure, PFO/ASD closure, left atrial appendage occlusion, and pulmonary thrombectomy. Training includes advanced echocardiography and CT imaging for the management of complex structural heart patients. The program is integrated with Cardiothoracic Surgery, offering exposure to minimally invasive and robotic cardiac surgery. Fellows will have robust opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement, and scholarly activity with dedicated protected time and mentorship.This fellowship is available to applicants who are BC/BE in adult cardiology and interventional cardiology.Founded in 1857, Lenox Hill Hospital is a 450-bed acute care facility on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
