What You'll DoAs a Project Manager / Project Engineer, you will lead projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring successful delivery across all phases.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closeoutLead cross-functional teams across engineering, automation, procurement, installation, and commissioningDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reportsServe as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and internal teamsManage change orders, scope adjustments, and client approvalsOversee subcontractor selection, contracts, and performanceConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategiesLead onsite meetings, troubleshoot issues, and drive project execution to meet safety, quality, and delivery targetsWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field3+ years of experience managing industrial, manufacturing, or turnkey projectsExperience with one or more of the following:Material handling systems / conveyor systemsPaint shop systems (Sealer, UBC, Primer, Base, Clear)Automation or process plant environmentsProficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or similar toolsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel ~50%Preferred ExperienceBackground in automotive manufacturing (Toyota, Tier 1, OEM)Experience with robotics (Fanuc, Kawasaki), PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)Exposure to installation, commissioning, and equipment buyoffsUnderstanding of capital project budgets and cost controlWork EnvironmentCombination of office-based work and onsite project supportFrequent travel to client facilities, manufacturing plants, and project sitesHands-on involvement during installation and commissioning phasesWhy Join UsOpportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact industrial projectsExposure to cutting-edge automation and manufacturing systemsCollaborative, fast-paced environment with strong growth potentialApply Today
