ATE Test Infrastructure Engineer, Google Cloud

Overview In this role you will shape post-silicon and pre-silicon test strategies for Google's next‑gen TPU and HPC products. You’ll work with Architecture, Design, Verification, and manufacturing teams to enable automated test solutions across NPI to high‑volume manufacturing. You’ll develop and validate ATE programs and pre-silicon test flows, driving efficiency and reliability at scale.
