Technical Project Manager (Salt Lake City)

Role OverviewThe Technical Project Manager will lead IT/OT remediation and infrastructure modernization for the Salt Lake City manufacturing site. The role focuses on network and compute refresh, structured cabling upgrades, and cybersecurity-driven remediation aligned to corporate standards and industry frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end remediation for the Salt Lake City factory, including planning, execution, and stabilizationAct as the primary point of contact for site leadership, plant operations, and engineering teamsEnsure minimal disruption to manufacturing operations during implementationDeliver refresh of network infrastructure (industrial switches, routing, wireless) and compute platforms (servers, virtualization, edge systems)Oversee structured cabling (copper, Fiber, industrial-grade installations) aligned to US standardsEnsure alignment with IT/OT separation and segmentation strategiesAlign remediation to corporate OT security standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NISTEnsure zoning, segmentation, and access controls are implemented as per designSupport audit readiness and compliance with internal and external regulatory expectationsDevelop and manage CAPEX budgets for the Salt Lake City site and support regional planningPrepare business cases, cost estimates, and vendor proposalsTracks spend, manage forecasts, and ensure cost controlCoordinate with global vendors, OEMs, and system integratorsManage procurement processes, vendor onboarding, and delivery performanceEnsure compliance with corporate procurement and safety standardsEnsure zoning and infrastructure design is fit-gap assessment driven and remediation-focusedConduct design and solution reviews with architecture teams and site stakeholdersValidate pilot implementations and incorporate lessons learned before scalingIdentify risks related to production downtime, safety, and integration with OT systemsManage change windows and site approvalsEnsure safe execution aligned with plant safety protocolsKey Skills & ExperienceProven experience delivering IT/OT projects in manufacturing or industrial environments (US sites preferred)Strong expertise in networking, compute infrastructure, and industrial connectivityExperience with OT security, zoning, and segmentationSolid understanding of CAPEX governance and financial managementStrong stakeholder engagement with plant leadership and engineering teamsExperience managing multi-vendor delivery models
