If you enjoy solving problems, helping homeowners, and working independently while still having strong support behind you, this could be a great fit.This role is true service plumbing — diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and customer solutions. Not new construction. Not sewer crews all day.We also have separate divisions that handle sewer/drain cleaning and water heater installations, allowing our service plumbers to focus on what they do best.What the Work Looks LikeOur service plumbers spend their days helping homeowners solve real problems. That means variety, independence, and the ability to use your experience.Typical work includes:Diagnosing residential plumbing issuesRepairing leaks, valves, fixtures, and piping systemsInstalling and replacing fixtures and plumbing componentsTroubleshooting water pressure and flow issuesProviding homeowners with clear solutions and optionsMaintaining a professional and organized work environmentSome opportunities may also include light commercial service work depending on licensing and experience.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for plumbers who take pride in their work and enjoy helping customers.Ideal candidates will have:Washington State PL02 Residential License or PL01 Journeyman LicenseStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilityResidential service plumbing experienceProfessional communication with homeownersThe ability to work independently and manage your dayIf you're an 01 plumber interested in service work, there may also be opportunities to work on light commercial service jobs.Why Plumbers Like Working HereA lot of companies talk about culture.
