Our services support mobile solutions that combine purpose-built computers, software, 4G & 5G cellular routers, IoT solutions & data plans, cloud managed networking and onsite vehicle installation.
Must have 12V knowledge. Must have clean driving record.
Must be able to install and program light bars and controllers.
Must have 5 years experience as a public vehicle upfitter.
Field Service Technician
The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing technical expertise and service related to the organization’s offerings. Duties include service & installation, field support, remote support, maintenance and diagnostics.
Duties and responsibilities of the Field Service Technician include:
· Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
· Tie workflow to schedule.
· Perform all assigned on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
· Produce timely and detailed service reports.
· Document processes.
· Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems.
· Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
· Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
· Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
· Build positive relationships with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
