Health Sales Consultant (Kiosks)

Willow is on a mission to make women's health more accessible, and we're bringing that mission to life in South Florida through a network of in-mall kiosks. We are seeking full-time and part-time Health Sales Consultants for our Dadeland Mall location in Miami who can work a flexible schedule within our 10 AM to 9 PM Monday to Sunday operating window, including weekends.About The CompanyWillow is a telehealth company focused on personalized, responsible cosmetic weight loss care. Our goal is to make high-quality care accessible, thoughtful, and designed to fit real lives.About The RoleAs a Health Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for women who may not even know help is available. You'll start conversations, build trust quickly, and guide people toward health and wellness products and programs that can genuinely change their lives. If you love people, thrive in high-energy environments, and have a knack for sales, this is your role.What You'll DoEngage walk-by mall traffic and convert conversations into patient enrollmentsEducate prospective patients on Willow's health programs and non-Rx wellness products at the kioskHit individual enrollment and sales targets on a daily and monthly basisMaintain a professional, consultative presence that reflects a trusted healthcare brandAccurately capture patient information and enrollment data at point of saleSupport the setup, promotion, and execution of local events as neededUse slower traffic periods productively, through social media, online communities, SMS/email outreach, and other digital channels to drive awareness and inbound. Every hour at the kiosk should be moving the needle in some directionWhat We're Looking ForProven track record in face-to-face or retail sales, ideally in health, wellness, or a consultative consumer categoryComfortable initiating conversations with strangers in a busy, high-traffic environmentStrong communicator who can explain health concepts clearly and without pressureDigitally fluent, at ease engaging audiences across social platforms and messaging channelsCoachable, competitive, and self-motivatedPrior experience with commission-based compensation is a plusWhat’s in it for you?Hourly rate $20.00 per hour + commission on enrollments and sales.
