Video TestimonialJob DetailsDepartment: OR AdministrationShift: DayWorking Hours: M-F 8a-5pSummary:Reporting to the System Director of Business Improvement, the Peri-operative Strategic Analyst is responsible for facilitating Surgical Program Line operational excellence and alignment with broader strategic goals/initiatives of the organization. Facilitate strategic planning and business process improvement. Strengthen department connections with cross-functional teams within and outside of the system. Work closely with Administrative, Clinical, Medical, and Operation leadership to improve and expand existing services. Serve as a department resource to a broad variety of internal groups. Provide feedback and influence strategic procedural business development. Participate, prepare, and analyze results to determine the organization's competitive position. A high level of communication and technological skills is required as well as the ability to work in teams.Other Information:Master's Degree in Health or Business related field required. (Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent work experience is acceptable with enrollment in Master Level Program within 18 months of hire.)Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Allied Health related profession preferred.3 years experience in healthcare data/analytics, finance, or revenue cycle required.Minimum of 3 years working experience with cost accounting software preferred.Knowledgeable in Procedural Revenue Cycle functions. Advanced EPIC software experience including custom reports, Revenue Cycle, and Inpatient/Outpatient Clinical Documentation functions preferred.Advanced knowledge of personal Internet, Web applications, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.Experience In Tableau, SQL, And/or Python Technical Language Preferred.This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.">Department: OR AdministrationShift: DayWorking Hours: M-F 8a-5pExperience In Tableau, SQL, And/or Python Technical Language Preferred.This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
