We invite you to bring your passion and experience to our team!The Logistics Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, storage, and facility maintenance to ensure efficient and accurate product flow. This role will lead and guide supervisors and warehouse staff, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support operational goals and customer satisfaction.Estimated Salary: $95,000 to $110,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.What You Will DoManage daily warehouse logistics and facility operations, maintenance, and repair activitiesOversees new and remanufactured machine, set up & Quality Control –in support of OperationsSupervise receiving and shipping of new and remanufactured equipment,Maintain accurate inventory records of new and remanufactured machines and ensure accurate stock recordsSupports equipment transportation and deliveriesMonitor warehouse productivity, KPIs, and operational performanceImplement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standardsTrain, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnelSupport 5S and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouseCollaborate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to meet business objectivesCoordinate preventive maintenance programs and vendor servicesSupports workplace safety programs and emergency preparedness activitiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirementsLead and supervise logistics and maintenance teamsWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldFive to seven years of related experience supervising distribution systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
