IT, Systems, and Microsoft Dynamics Manager

This role manages IT vendors, internal systems, cybersecurity, and user support while aligning technology with business goals.Manager: Operations DirectorExperience: 5+ yearsSchedule: This full-time position requires on-site attendance at our Oakdale location with regular travel to our Vesta location or vice versa.Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Network Management· Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and workstations· Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability· Manage internet connectivity, VPNs, and remote access· Perform system upgrades, patches, and hardware lifecycle managementCybersecurity & Data Protection· Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls (firewalls, antivirus, MFA, etc.)· Monitor systems for threats and respond to incidents· Manage data backups and disaster recovery processes· Ensure protection of company and customer dataUser Support (Help Desk)· Provide direct technical support to employees· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues· Set up new employees (equipment, accounts, permissions)· Manage offboarding (secure removal of access)Business Systems Administration· Manage ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central), CRM, and other internal systems· Maintain system configurations and user roles· Ensure data accuracy and system functionality· Support reporting and system improvementsIT Strategy & Planning· Develop and manage IT budget· Plan for future technology needs and scalability· Recommend and implement new systems or upgrades, including finding opportunities to use AI throughout the organization· Identify automation opportunitiesAsset & Inventory Management· Track all IT equipment (computers, servers, licenses)· Manage procurement and vendor relationships for hardware/software· Maintain software licensing complianceDocumentation & Policies· Create and maintain IT policies and procedures· Document systems, networks, and configurations· Support internal audits and compliance requirementsEducation & Experience· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)· 5+ years of hands-on IT experience· Experience managing a full IT environment independentlyCompensation· Salary range of $85,000-$105,000· Health benefits· Supplemental insurances· 401(k) matching· PTO/Holiday payTechnical Skills· Server management (Windows Server preferred)· Network administration (switches, firewalls, VPNs)· Cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.)· Cybersecurity tools and best practices· Backup and disaster recovery systems· ERP/CRM system administrationo Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central strongly preferredTigerTough is an equal opportunity employer.
