Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, store maintenance, managing payroll budgets, ensuring store standards and compliance, and leading safety meetings.Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, and the ability to manage in a professional work environment.Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend and twist frequently, grip, reach, and pinch with arms and hands frequently, squat, kneel, balance, and climb occasionally, and see, hear, and speak regularly.Ollie's is an equal opportunity employer.
