Make a difference - for us and for your future.nPosition Title: Lockbox Processor 1Business Unit: Treasury ManagementReports To: Manager of Treasury Management Product and Operations SupportPosition Overview:This position is primarily responsible for processing electronic and manual lockboxes. The incumbent explains lockbox services to current customers, answers questions and solves problems.Primary Responsibilities:Prepares and processes manual lockbox payments, tracks daily activity and adds to spreadsheet per customer.Prepares and processes electronic lockbox payments while meeting deadlines.Creates and processes monthly billing for lockbox customers.Answers customers' questions and explains available services. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B.
