By fostering partnerships in care, we strive to ensure peace of mind and meaningful connections for the veterans and their loved ones. Additionally, we offer consulting services in management, quality assurance, risk management, and Veterans Administration survey preparedness. Role Description We are looking for a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join our team at the Veteran Village State Veterans Home in Florence, SC. This on-site role involves supporting pharmacy operations, assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Pharmacy Technician will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures while contributing to the high-quality care of our veteran residents. Qualifications Knowledge of prescriptions and experience working in pharmacy operationsProficiency in inventory control and the ability to ensure proper stock managementExcellent customer service skills, ensuring clear communication and support to veterans and staffRelevant certification or licensure as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT is preferred)Strong organizational and communication abilitiesPrior experience in long-term care or veteran-focused care is a plus
