The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks with precision. Every duty or responsibility should further the mission of BHC and improve the quality of life for every client receiving our services.Skills And QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.Experience: Recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.Skills: Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job posting platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings.Criminal History: Must be able pass a background check, abuse, neglect, sexual abuse registry. Salary$40,000 to $50,000ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract healthcare talent.Source candidates through job fairs, community outreach, social media, and job boards.Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Assist candidates with application processes, certifications, and onboarding.Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations, background checks, and credentialing.Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others we want to hear from you!Our Company is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
