Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area for a Sr. Director of Data, Analytics & AI. The role involves leading the organization's data strategy with a focus on leveraging advanced analytics and AI technologies. Responsibilities include managing data analytics initiatives, developing key metrics and insights to drive decision-making, and ensuring data quality and integrity. The Sr. Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable recommendations, oversee the creation of data-driven solutions, and support strategic planning for the organization. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data AnalysisExpertise in Analytical Skills and StatisticsExperience designing and implementing data-driven strategiesExceptional leadership and team collaboration capabilitiesProficiency in industry-standard data tools, platforms, and programming languagesProven track record in applying AI technologies to solve business challengesExcellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience in the sports, entertainment, or related industries is a plus
