Host Hostess
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ensures guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued from the moment they enter the establishment.Provides menus, takes names for reservations, and answers the phone.Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.Performs Other Job Duties As Needed And/or As Assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Must be friendly, driven, and outgoing.Must possess the ability to provide exceptional customer service.One (1) year of prior Host – Hostess experience is preferred.Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS:Food Handler’s certification valid in Grayson County is required upon hire.TABC certification is required upon hire.
