In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between Peraton and senior Government leadership, managing a geographically dispersed workforce across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations. This is a high-visibility position requiring strong leadership, clear communication with senior decision-makers, and the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.What You'll DoServe as the Contractor's single point of authority for all daily contract operationsManage personnel across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations, ensuring mission readiness and workforce continuityCommunicate directly with senior Government leadership (O-6/GG-15 and above) on contract status, priorities, and operational mattersLead cross-functional teams and coordinate across technical disciplines to meet mission requirementsOversee personnel onboarding, in-processing, and orientationEnsure all contractual deliverables, staffing requirements, and reporting obligations are met on timeDevelop and maintain continuity documentation and workforce management plansQualificationsWhat You'll Bring12 years related experienceMinimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years Supporting DOW IT infrastructure and Network Operations Centers Demonstrated experience managing large contracts or task orders with personnel at multiple CONUS and OCONUS locationsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, mission-essential environmentStrong executive communication skills - comfortable briefing and advising senior military and civilian leadership (O-6/GG-15 and above)Bachelor's degree in Program Management or a related field OR active Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationActive TS/SCI clearance required; U.S. Citizenship requiredPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with large IT infrastructure and Network Operations CentersExperience with DoD contract management, CDRL deliverables, and Government reporting requirementsPMP certification (if degree held) is a strong differentiatorWorklocation: Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) in Hampton, VADetailsTarget Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
