Candidate Training Program

Program Overview
USA Dutch, Inc. offers a structured, paid training program designed to prepare candidates for full time employment in our manufacturing operations.
Program Length: 8 weeks
Sessions Per Week: 2
Session Length: 3 hours each
Training Start Time: 5:00 PM
Total Training Hours: 48 hours
Attendance and participation in all scheduled sessions are mandatory.
Training Schedule
Training sessions will be held twice weekly, beginning promptly at 5:00 PM. Specific training days will be Tuesday and Thursday for an 8-week program.
Compensation During Training
Training Wage: $9.00 per hour
Total Training Compensation: $432.00 (48 hours × $9.00/hour)
Candidates are paid hourly for all approved training hours completed.
Post Training Employment Opportunity
Upon successful completion of the training program and demonstration of required skills, candidates will be offered:
Employment Status: Full time
Starting Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift Assignment: o 1st Shift or
2nd Shift
(Assigned based on operational needs and candidate availability)
Employment is contingent upon meeting company performance, attendance, and conduct standards.
Safety & Dress Code Requirements
For the safety of all employees, the following requirements apply at every training session:
Required: Steel toe footwear
Required: Safety glasses
Prohibited: Shorts
Failure to comply with safety or dress code requirements may result in removal from a training session or dismissal from the program.
