Mainframe Developer

Qualifications:8+ years of experience supporting production z/OS mainframe environmentsStrong systems programming experience with z/OS, JES2/JES3, JCL, IPLs, and batch processingHands-on experience with SMP/E software installation and maintenanceExperience supporting IBM z13, z14, z15, and/or z16 hardware platformsExpertise with Parallel Sysplex, Coupling Facility, GRS, and WLMI/O configuration experience using HCD/HCMMainframe scheduling and automation experience with CA-7, CA-11, OPS/MVS, AutoOps, or similar toolsStrong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VTAM, VIPA, SMTP, SAN/FICON connectivityExperience with RACF and/or ACF2 security administrationPerformance monitoring and capacity management using RMF, SMF, OMEGAMON, MAINVIEW, or similar toolsScripting experience with REXX, CLIST, and system utilitiesExperience with zOSMF administration and modernization initiativesStrong troubleshooting skills utilizing tools such as IPCS, Fault Analyzer, and Debug Tool for z/OSExperience supporting DB2 for z/OS and IBM MQExposure to z/VM environmentsExcellent documentation, communication, and knowledge-transfer skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with DB2 specialty tools (Broadcom/Platinum)Knowledge of cryptographic and security tools such as ICSF, zSecure, Vanguard, or ImpervaExperience with storage replication technologiesFamiliarity with modern mainframe tooling including Ansible, Zowe, and PythonEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
