Machine Operating Assistant New Hope, MN | Contract to Hire | 1st shift M-TH 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM / $23/hrOur client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator to support production operations and help ensure efficient equipment performance and product quality. This role works closely with a machine operator to assist with equipment setup, materials preparation, quality checks, and packaging.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on repetitive work in a manufacturing environment and wants to grow their skills working around industrial equipment and production processes.Position Overview:The Assistant Machine Operator supports the operation of production equipment by preparing materials, monitoring machine performance, assisting with setup and maintenance tasks, and verifying product quality.
