Job Description Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceJob Overview Our plant operates 24/7 so we have multiple shifts available, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, 8 to 12-hour shifts, etc. Note - If you are selected for an overnight, evening or weekend shift, you may be brought onto a different shift initially for training purposes before starting on your actual shift.RequirementsEnsure the efficient setup and production of quality material on their assigned coating lineResponsible for coordinating job changeovers, monitoring the master schedule, and accurately recording and entering production data, including test resultsComplete accurately and in a timely manner, all required production reports and quality data entries utilizing provided job traveler and/or designated softwareReview Manufacturing Order schedule and prepare/plan for upcoming production runsCoordinate and perform production runs to meet targets based on job specifications and work instructionsPromote and maintain a safe working environment at all timesMaintain housekeeping at machine areas according to established standardsMaster all controls and consoles related to the whole operation or specific stations and tools on the lineSkills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Armorlube requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher completed and verified prior to startMinimum one (1) year of plant and/or manufacturing experience in a public, private, government, or military environmentAbility to perform assignments with minimal supervisionAbility to resolve issues or problems that may arise.Ability to perform responsibility accurately and thoroughly.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Efficient organization and time-management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work well under pressureWork location: Onsite Tucson, AZ.Relocation Assistance: Not AuthorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
