Job Title: Guardrail Installer (CDL Required)Position SummaryLong® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years is seeking an experienced Installer with a valid CDL License. We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Guardrail Installer to join our team. This role is responsible for the installation of highway guardrail systems and the safe operation of heavy trucks and equipment in active, high-traffic work zones. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in physically demanding environments and committed to maintaining high safety standards.ScheduleMonday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PMOccasional night shifts required based on project needsKey ResponsibilitiesInstall and repair highway guardrail systems in accordance with company and industry standardsOperate commercial vehicles and heavy equipment safely and efficientlyWork in high-traffic environments while adhering to all safety protocolsLoad, unload, and transport materials to and from job sitesPerform general labor duties as needed to support project completionQualificationsValid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record (required)Experience in construction, roadway work, or guardrail installation preferredAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentStrong commitment to workplace safetyPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 80 pounds regularlyAbility to work outdoors in varying and adverse weather conditionsCapable of performing physically demanding labor for extended periodsCompensationMaximum pay rate is $33.00 per hourMinimum pay rate is $25.00 per hour Compensation Is Based On Experience.Benefits Offered: Health, Dental & Vision InsuranceSupplemental Benefits 401k401k MatchingPTO
