We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to assist with the shipping, receiving, and coordination of pickup on packages. This role will work with the team to ensure a seamless transfer of packages into and out of First Class Air Support.What is First Class Air, family of Aviation companies...First Class Air is a fast-growing organization that includes a family of brands, which collectively provide comprehensive aftermarket aviation solutions, focused on delivering high quality OEM, PMA, and aftermarket parts, maintenance, repair, overhaul, storage, disassembly, emergency equipment, and customer service.First Class Air Support, a First Class Air brand, is a leader in the global distribution of aftermarket aviation and cargo equipment, with an inventory of over 2 million parts, PMA distribution, and access to a global network of suppliers and manufacturers.What you will be doing...Ship aircraft parts and other company mailings in compliance with all regulatory requirementsReceive and document incoming aircraft parts, tooling, equipment, and other aeronautical itemsArrange pickup and delivery of packages to proper company departmentsMaintain records of outgoing shipments and couriersSupport inventory management activities, including inventory tracking, stock organization, reconciliation efforts, and maintaining accurate inventory recordsAdvise Supervisor of any materials or supplies received in a damaged or incorrect stateAudit inventory annuallyKeep assigned workspace clean and orderlyAct in compliance with federal regulation and company policyUse proper safety equipment and follow all safety proceduresPerform other duties as requested by SupervisorWhat we are looking for...You will need to have:High School Diploma or EquivalentAt least one year of warehouse experienceCurrent and valid driver's licenseAbility to drive a forkliftIntermediate computer aptitudeDetail-oriented and able to meet deadlinesAbility to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate light to medium weights of 10-50 IbsEven better if you have one or more of the following:Experience with shipping and receivingFamiliarity with aircraft part numbersExperience working with Quantum software
