Role Description Aflac is seeking a Commission Sales Associate for a hybrid, contract role based in Shreveport, LA, with the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing client relationships, and presenting Aflac's insurance solutions to meet their needs. Other responsibilities include organizing benefits education sessions, developing tailored sales strategies, and ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of available products and services. This role involves setting and achieving sales goals, developing a client portfolio, and maintaining motivation in a commission-based work environment.
