We are seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Software Engineering who combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise. This role is ideal for a technology leader passionate about building software at scale using cloud-native architectures, data engineering best practices, and modern UI development with Angular, while driving Agentic AI development within a SAFe Agile operating model.
Lead large-scale engineering initiatives while mentoring senior engineering talent
Contribute directly to solution design and software delivery
Drive development of high-performance, scalable enterprise applications
Combine executive leadership with deep technical execution capabilities
Job Duties
Drive Agentic AI development across product lines using LLMs to implement business use cases and accelerate SDLC
Architect scalable, high-performing systems using cloud-native architecture and proven design patterns
Build foundational middleware and UI frameworks to improve delivery speed and reduce maintenance effort
Lead data engineering initiatives, including:
Data modeling
Data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
Batch and streaming data processing
Data governance (catalog/lineage) and quality engines
Big data technologies
Align engineering initiatives with SAFe Agile principles and continuous improvement practices
Contribute to product requirements analysis and solution architecture
Lead proof-of-concepts, design critical components, and conduct code reviews
Implement agents using Google’s ADK
Develop foundational enterprise components using Java, Python, and React or Angular
Champion AI-assisted code generation approaches
Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD optimization, Docker/Kubernetes, and observability
Mentor engineering leads and senior developers globally
Promote innovation, technical excellence, and accountability
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance requirements
Lead architecture decisions and technical direction
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
