Sales Support- National Accounts

DescriptionThe Sales Support- National Accounts position provides essential support to national sales representatives. This role ensures accurate and timely order processing while assisting with pricing and promotions to maintain compliance. It also coordinates logistics and responds to customer inquiries promptly. Additional responsibilities include delivering administrative support to help sales reps focus on driving results. Overall, the position plays a key role in enabling the success of the national sales team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Order Management • Customer Portal Management • Sample Management • Customer Assistance, including handling phone inquiries • Pricing Integrity Maintenance • Administrative Support • Completion of new item forms and certifications for customer setup • Additional tasks as needed to support the national sales team POSITION REQUIREMENTS:• High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills required • Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word • Organizational skill and ability to prioritize • Attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable working in a team environment • Ability to meet tight deadlines in challenging situations About Lipari Foods Headquartered in Warren, Michigan, Lipari Foods is a leading independent distributor built around global and specialty foods.
